Good location for visiting the sights of the central city. The room was very spacious, with a small kitchen and living space separate from the bedroom. The breakfast had a good range and was well stocked. The rooftop bar was a good spot for a refreshment after a day exploring the sights. The only negative was that our we could hear the noise from the bar in our 5th floor room.

El hotel es antiguo pero esta muy bien mantenido. La pileta no esta climatizada el sauna esta ok y el gym pequeño pero suficiente. El desayuno muy bueno y tienen por aprox 17 dolares almuerzo o cena buffet. La atencion del personal es excelente y la ubicacion perfecta, muy bien conectado con metro y buses.

It was great to have breakfast delivered to the room as part of the stay. The location was perfect, walkable to all parts of downtown that you would want to see. Easy to grab train and bus to get to airport.

Tive uma excelente experiência neste hotel. A equipe foi extremamente atenciosa, cordial e cuidadosa com todos os detalhes durante toda a estadia. Desde o check-in até o check-out, fomos muito bem atendidos e sempre encontramos profissionais dispostos a ajudar. O cuidado com os hóspedes faz toda a diferença e torna a experiência ainda mais agradável. Recomendo o hotel e certamente me hospedaria novamente.

Staff disrepectful and not helpful considering they didn’t even provided a parking space that was included in the fee. The room had bad smell, like a bad toilet. Breakfast was ok for a 3 star hotel. Very disapointed with what was supoused to be a luxury hotel.
